Catrice Month: Salmon & Garfunkel

Hello! Today I'm showing Salmon & Garfunkel. Don't let the name of this polish fool you, because it's not a salmon color. It's more a peachy orange. A very cute color to me although I don't know if it looks that great on me with my skintone.

Salmon & Garfunkel may look like Catrice's Apropos Apricot, but that one is more brown/orange. Unlike most polishes with the new brush from Catrice this one applied so much more better than other new ones from Catrice. It was opaque in 2 coats.

So, what do you think of Salmon & Garfunkel? :)

Thanks for reading :)

Catrice Month: Miss Piggy Reloaded

This first day of May I'm starting with my Catrice Swatch Month. I have over 50 Catrice polishes and I would just like to show you a part of my collection :) So I'm gonna post a swatch of a color each day (I hope I won't fail) and some days I will also show you some nail art. Probably mostly just stamping and gradients :P

Miss Piggy Reloaded is a peachy pink color filled with orange shimmer/micro flakies. While applying this one it reminded me so much of Catrice's Walk On Air. The only difference is that it is orange.

For this swatch I applied 3 coats of polish and didn't use a base- and topcoat.

Thanks for reading :)

Catrice Hidden World LE: Walk On Air

Today I was lucky enough to find a new Catrice display at work. I threw the Bohemian collection out and placed a whole new, nicer looking, Hidden World display. I was disappointed to see only 3 polishes in this Limited Edition and only 1 really looked nice to me. I got 2 of the polishes though.

This is Walk On Air. A peachy orange color with, what I would say, micro flakies. I don't find it micro shimmer nor micro glitter. This color reminds me of Catrice's Apropos Apricot, but that one is more orange.

I'm happy I got this polish, but it might have been a better one for spring or summer, so I think I won't use it until then.

Thanks for reading!
